Candles

• Candles must be returned in their original, unused state.
• Returns for candles must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Other Items

• All other items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use.

General Return Guidelines

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
