Thank you for shopping with us at Nightfall Handcraft! Each item is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we strive to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since our items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping via UPS and USPS, with rates based on your order’s total weight and chosen delivery speed. Estimated delivery times begin once your package is shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Standard (UPS Ground & USPS) : 3–5 business days
Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 business days
Express (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or claim.
